• (iv) Hotshots, s.r.o., ID 03509711, with its registered office at Sokolovská 209, 190 00, Prague 9 – Vysočany, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, file 227768;
• (v) HI-LIGHTS, s.r.o., ID 24185591, with its registered office at Francouzská 284/94, Vršovice, 101 00, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, file 186663;
  (each of the companies being hereinafter referred to as "Controller") to process your personal data under the following conditions.
  

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to a certain identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, online identifier or to one or more features specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

Scope of the processing of your personal data
The Controller will process the personal data provided by you or the personal data obtained by the Controller through necessary cookies obtained in accordance with legal regulations. Your personal data may only be processed with your consent and may be used, for example, for the purpose of conducting a selection procedure or inclusion in the database of email addresses for sending the newsletter. The Controller processes your identification and contact data and data necessary for the performance of the contract. The Controller will also process your personal data in connection with the marketing activities of the Controller, specifically the subscription to e-mail or printed communications. The Controller will process, in particular, the name, surname, e-mail, telephone number, home address or business address, name of the organization and job position.

Lawful reasons for the processing of your personal data
Lawful reasons for the processing of personal data are the performance of a contract between you and the Controller pursuant to Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR, the Controller's legitimate interest in direct marketing (in particular for sending commercial communications and newsletters) pursuant to Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR, and your consent to the processing for the purpose of direct marketing (in particular for sending commercial communications and newsletters) pursuant to Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR in connection with Section 7 (2) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, in the event that no order for goods or services was placed.

Purpose of the processing of your personal data
The Controller will process your personal data for the purpose of using functional, analytical and marketing cookies, i.e. files used to convey basic functionalities of the site, count web traffic, collect anonymous statistics and collect information to better tailor advertising according to user interests. Your personal data may also be used in a selection procedure or for a possible offer of employment or cooperation. And the exercise of rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the Controller; when placing an order, personal data are required for the successful handling of the order (name and address, contact data), the provision of personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of the contract, without the provision of personal data it is not possible to conclude the contract or perform it by the Controller, and also for the purpose of sending commercial communications and carrying out other marketing activities.

Legal basis for the processing of personal data
The legal basis for the processing is your consent and the fact that your personal data is necessary to fulfil the individual direct marketing purposes for which you have subscribed. Personal data are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 - (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR").

Duration of the processing of your personal data
The Controller will process your personal data in relation to the purpose of direct marketing for a period of 2 years from the time when you open the e-mail newsletter sent by our company or attend an event organized by our company, unless you withdraw this consent.

Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data
You may withdraw your voluntary consent to the processing of your personal data at any time free of charge by sending an e-mail to: info@katz83.com. Withdrawal of consent is also possible directly from each commercial communication sent to you by e-mail. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal. The withdrawal of consent also does not affect the processing of personal data processed by the Controller on a legal basis other than consent.

Persons with access to your personal data
Your personal data will be accessible to the Controller, its employees and possibly also third parties – processors who provide appropriate guarantees and whose processing complies with all GDPR requirements, and who will adequately protect your rights and your personal data. These persons are mainly legal and marketing consultants. However, these persons will only have access to this data for as long as necessary and to the extent strictly necessary to provide the service and comply with legal requirements.

Terms of personal data security
The Controller has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure security of the personal data. The Controller has taken technical measures to ensure security of data repositories as well as repositories of personal data in paper form. The Controller declares that only persons authorized by the Controller have access to personal data.

The Controller is entitled to require a proof of your identity in order to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing your personal data. In order to improve the quality of services and keep records of compliance with legal obligations of the Controller, all communications between you and the Controller may be monitored.

Your rights relating to the protection of your personal data
You have the right, at any time, to withdraw your consent, have your personal data rectified or completed, request restriction of processing, object or complain against the processing of personal data, request data portability, access to your personal data, be informed of personal data breaches, request erasure, and other rights set out in the GDPR.

Right to object
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data if it is processed by the Controller for direct marketing purposes. The objection must be submitted to the Controller. If you object to the processing for the purpose of direct marketing, the Controller shall no longer process the personal data to such extent, unless the Controller demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights, and freedoms or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. Article 21 of the GDPR, in particular, provides further information on this right.

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
At any time, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority regarding the processing of your personal data or the Controller's failure to comply with the GDPR obligations. The supervisory authority in the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection, seated at Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.cz.

Obligation to provide personal data. Consequences of failure to provide personal data
You provide your personal data entirely voluntarily. You have no obligation to provide it. If you do not provide your personal data, there is no penalty. However, if you do not provide personal data to the Controller, the Controller will not be able to send you individual commercial communications to which you subscribe. However, it is entirely at your discretion whether or not you wish to receive such communications.
